Job summary

Seminole Gaming is seeking an on-call Box Office Representative to support Hard Rock Live Bristol operations. You will assist admissions, ticketing, usher services, and crowd management while maintaining high guest service standards in a fast-paced casino environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and a customer-service background. Availability for holidays and weekends is expected, with 50–100 shows annually as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Prior experience in customer service, retail, or sales is a plus.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Create an atmosphere that induces guests to choose Hard Rock Live Bristol; build and retain guest relations.
• Assist admissions/ticketing attendants wherever tickets are sold on property.
• Support front of house staff in their duties and foster a positive team environment.
• Ensure open communication with supervisors and staff and facilitate inter-departmental coordination.
• Assist with ticketing systems, Ticketmaster platform, and event-based will-call tickets.
