Job summary

Hard Rock Bristol is seeking a versatile maintenance technician to perform preventive and predictive maintenance across HVAC-R, electrical systems, plumbing, and general facility repairs. You will respond to service calls, document work, and support event setups and teardowns with a focus on guest safety and satisfaction.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of maintenance experience, with the ability to operate building automation systems and generators.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot maintenance problems and take appropriate action.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility and perform repairs as needed.
• Respond to maintenance service calls in a timely manner.
• Repair electrical, mechanical and kitchen equipment.
• Perform skilled maintenance on plumbing, electrical, HVAC and carpentry systems.
• Adjust temperature settings on Building Automation System.
• Operate and monitor Emergency Generators and power switching.
• Assist with event setups and teardowns safely.
• Install and repair doors, furniture and partitions.
• Prepare surfaces for painting and finish accordingly.
• Document all work with service requests and daily logs.
