We are seeking a Boutique Manager for our client's standalone boutique in London's luxury shopping area.

Our client is a market leader in beautiful timepieces, ranked among the top brands globally, with a significant increase in market share driven by innovation and heritage.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 10 staff
• Manage CRM processes, events, and clientelling
• Drive sales and customer satisfaction in a luxury retail environment

Compensation:

Basic salary between £50,000-£55,000 with uncapped commission. OTE based on current store performance is approximately £65,000-£70,000.
