We are seeking a Boutique Manager for our client's standalone boutique in London's luxury shopping area.

Our client is a market leader in beautiful timepieces, ranked among the top brands globally, with a significant increase in market share driven by innovation and heritage.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading a team of 10 staff
• Managing sales, CRM processes, events, and clienteling
• Fostering a positive performance culture and team motivation

Compensation:

• Basic salary: £50,000 - £55,000
• Uncapped commission
• On-target earnings (OTE): £65,000 - £70,000 based on current store performance
