Job Title: Boutique Manager

Location: London's Luxury Shopping Area

We are seeking a Boutique Manager for our client's standalone boutique in London's luxury shopping district.

Our client is a market leader in Beautiful Timepieces. They are ranked among the top brands globally and have experienced a significant increase in market share driven by innovation and heritage.

You will lead a team of 10 staff. The basic salary for this role is between £50,000 - £55,000 with uncapped commission. The OTE (On-Target Earnings) based on current store performance is approximately £65,000 - £70,000.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in luxury retail sales management, with skills in managing CRM processes, events, and clientelling.

We are looking for a manager who is trend-aware, has a proven track record in people development, team motivation, and fosters a positive performance culture.
