Job summary

Cowell Recruitment Ltd in Exeter is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to join a friendly, professional team. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial and personal lines clients and building lasting relationships.

You will work with the Branch Manager to meet objectives, support renewals, and ensure FCA compliance while delivering superior service. The role offers hybrid work, with hours 08:30 am - 5:00 pm, salary £35k–£50k depending on experience.

Qualifications

• You will review client documentation to support quoting.
• You will maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• You will assist commercial executives with renewals and FCA requirements.
• You will learn and grow, progressing in Commercial Account Handling.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial/personal lines clients and provide outstanding service.
• Build rapport with new and existing clients and work with the Branch Manager to meet objectives.
• Support high renewal retention and exceed customer expectations.
• Process data accurately to support client service and analysis.
