Job summary

Link3 Recruitment are seeking dedicated Interventions Teachers to work across Coventry primary schools, delivering targeted booster sessions for pupils who require extra support. You will collaborate with classroom staff to identify needs, tailor instruction and monitor progress to close attainment gaps.

The role emphasises safeguarding, effective communication with parents and colleagues, and contributing to a supportive, inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

• QTS with primary teaching experience.
• Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum (English & Maths).
• Experience supporting pupils below age-related expectations.
• Excellent communication and behaviour management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess small group booster sessions for children who require additional support.
• Work with class teachers and SENCOs to identify needs and tailor instruction.
• Monitor and track pupil progress and provide feedback to staff and parents.
• Support development of children's confidence, resilience and engagement in learning.
• Uphold safeguarding practices at all times.
