Peak Education Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Intervention / Booster Primary Teacher (QTS) to join a well‑established two‑form entry primary school in Acton, London Borough of Ealing. This full‑time role focuses on KS1 and KS2 intervention sessions and boosters.

You will work across year groups, plan tailored lessons from assessment data, and collaborate with class teachers to raise attainment. The position starts ASAP with immediate interviews and requires an enhanced DBS.

Qualifications

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) – essential.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service – essential.
• Experience delivering interventions or boosters is highly advantageous.
• Confident behaviour management and adaptable teaching style.
• Able to work independently and as part of a structured team.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to pupil progress.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality intervention sessions across KS1 and KS2.
• Plan and deliver targeted booster lessons aligned with assessment data.
• Collaborate with class teachers and phase leaders to identify pupil needs.
• Track progress and adapt teaching strategies to maximise impact.
• Maintain positive behaviour routines and relationships with pupils.
• Contribute to the wider school team and uphold values.
