Office Manager & Xero Bookkeeper - Project Management Studio
Location: London, Bermondsey (Studio-based)
Salary: Competitive salary, depending on experience

A dynamic and growing creative practice is seeking an Office Manager & Xero Bookkeeper to join their team. This is a unique opportunity for a proactive, detail-oriented individual to support both the financial and operational sides of a busy studio working with global, high-end retail clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Finance & Bookkeeping (approx. 40%)

  • Manage and process invoices, expenses, and receipts using Xero
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Assist with basic financial reports and month-end processes
Office & Project Support (approx. 60%)
  • Provide admin support across studio and project teams
  • Oversee office supplies and equipment
  • Manage incoming/outgoing post and courier services
  • Prep for meetings and provide front-of-house support
  • Help with team events and general studio operations
Ideal Candidate:
  • 1+ years' experience in a similar bookkeeping/admin role
  • Proficient in Xero, Sage, or QuickBooks
  • Confident with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organised, and communicative
  • Bonus: Experience in a creative or architectural environment
