A busy and growing architectural project management practice is looking for a Bookkeeper/Office Manager to join their Bermondsey-based practice. They seek an intelligent, proactive, and highly detail-oriented individual with strong experience in Xero, who is also willing to undertake office management duties.
The Role:
This role supports the studio with both financial and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records using Xero, managing invoices and expenses, supporting month-end processes, overseeing supplies, coordinating events, managing post and couriers, and ensuring the smooth operation of the studio for guests and team members.
