A busy and growing architectural project management practice is looking for a Bookkeeper/Office Manager to join their Bermondsey based practice. They seek an intelligent, proactive, and highly detail-oriented Bookkeeper (with strong experience using Xero), who is also willing to take on the role of Office Manager.

The Role:

This is a general studio support role, involving finance and administration. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records (using Xero), handling invoices and expenses, supporting month-end processes, overseeing supplies, coordinating events, managing post/couriers, and ensuring smooth operations for guests and team members.

Must Haves:

  • 1+ year experience in bookkeeping or relevant qualification with practical exposure
  • Proficient in Xero, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
  • Highly organized with strong communication skills
  • Calm, efficient, and confident in managing competing priorities
