Bookings Team Leader
Location: Fulwood Hall Hospital, Preston
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Full-time
Salary: Depending on experience + Benefits
Summary:
Fulwood Hall Hospital was opened as a purpose built facility in 1986. In 2009 the hospital completed a £9m pound investment to refurbish and expand the site, making it the largest independent hospital in Lancashire and one of the largest in the north of England.
The hospital has six consulting rooms supported by a fully equipped outpatient treatment room, a pre-assessment unit for screening and assessing patients prior to surgery as well as modern imaging facilities and a brand new physio and sports therapy department including gymnasium.
The role:
We currently have a great new opportunity for a Bookings Team Leader to join our team at Fulwood Hall Hospital, based in Preston. We are looking for a result-driven, self-motivated Team leader for the Hospital’s Bookings Team.
As Bookings Team Leader will have great communication and interpersonal skills and will be able to demonstrate experience in leading a team.
You will be responsible for providing guidance, instruction, training, and leadership skills to inspire the team to perform at their optimum.
This is a busy and demanding role so candidates will need to be enthusiastic, highly motivated and have a flexible approach to their role to ensure the needs of the service are met.
You will supervise the day-to-day activities of the team, build quality relationships, and provide a positive patient experience in line with expectation.
