• Bond administration or customs experience with HMRC compliance.
• Experience using HMRC/GOV.UK systems and customs documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of duty-related movements into and out of the bonded site and process customs documentation.
• Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations and bonded warehouse requirements.
• Maintain document control and data reporting to support audits and statutory obligations.
• Support the Stock Admin Manager with cost tracking, budget monitoring and financial reporting.
• Provide administrative and compliance support to Site Management and internal/external customers.
