Job summary

GXO Logistics is looking for a Bond and Compliance Manager to lead bonded operations at our site in Rotherham. The role focuses on ensuring HMRC compliance while driving efficiency across goods movements and customs activities.

You will own the bond operations, supervise the bond team, and shape processes to meet the highest compliance standards. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00, offering a supportive benefits package and clear career progression.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customs and excise compliance, ensuring adherence to HMRC regulations and approvals.

• Ensure accurate and timely submission of excise declarations and reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement of SOPs, compliance processes, and operational standards.

Are you a customs and excise expert with strong HMRC knowledge? Do you thrive on ensuring compliance while driving operational efficiency? Ready to take ownership of bonded operations in a dynamic logistics environment?

Here at GXO, we're looking for a knowledgeable and driven Bond and Compliance Manager to join our multi-user site in Rotherham. Acting as the site's subject matter expert, you'll be responsible for all customs and excise activities, ensuring full compliance with HMRC regulations while supporting operational excellence across bonded goods movement.

This is a key leadership role where you'll influence processes, develop teams, and maintain the highest standards of compliance, accuracy, and control.

This is a full-time, permanent position. You will work Monday to Friday, 08:00 till 16:00.
