Job summary

Unipart Manufacturing in Coventry seeks an experienced BOM and Change Controller to establish, maintain and govern complex BOM structures and ECO processes in a high-volume environment.

Join a fast-paced project team, connecting Design Engineering, Purchasing, Quality and Operations, ensuring configuration control from design through shop-floor implementation with strong data integrity and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Proven Change Control Track Record in high-precision manufacturing
• ERP/PLM systems mastery for BOMs and change workflows
• Engineering and supply chain understanding of mechanical/electrical assemblies
• Analytical and detail-oriented with data-driven revision tracking

Responsibilities

• BOM Governance and Management within ERP/MRP system (IFS)
• Lead Engineering Change Control process and chair Change Control Boards
• Maintain configuration integrity across electrification sub-assemblies and moulded components
• Collaborate with Design, Material Planners, Quality and Purchasing on change impact
• Conduct regular BOM audits and track ECO implementation KPIs
