Job summary

Slim Chickens in Nottingham, part of Boparan Restaurant Group (BRG), is seeking a Back of House Supervisor to lead the kitchen team and oversee food preparation in a fast-paced setting.

You will ensure food safety, manage inventory, and collaborate with Front of House to deliver a seamless dining experience. Weekend and late-night shifts are required, with opportunities for growth within BRG.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience in a kitchen or similar fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills to guide a kitchen team.
• Passion for delivering consistent, high-quality food.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Deep understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
• Flexible availability including weekends, late nights and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing back-of-house operations to ensure efficient and consistent food preparation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Overseeing all back-of-house operations to ensure efficient and consistent food preparation
