Slim Chickens in Liverpool Shopping Park is seeking a Back of House Supervisor to lead and oversee kitchen operations, ensuring quality and consistency across all dishes.

You will mentor the kitchen team, uphold food safety standards, manage stock and supplier orders, and work closely with Front of House to keep service smooth. This role offers BRG benefits and career progression in a dynamic hospitality environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a kitchen or similar fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a kitchen team
• A passion for delivering consistent, high-quality food
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
• A deep understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure
