Job summary

Slim Chickens Bath is seeking a Back of House Supervisor to oversee all kitchen operations and ensure consistent food preparation in a fast-paced setting.

You will lead and mentor the kitchen team, uphold food safety standards, manage inventory, and collaborate with Front of House to deliver seamless service. Weekend and bank holiday availability required. This role is part of BRG and offers opportunities for growth.

What You'll Be Doing

• Overseeing all back-of-house operations to ensure efficient and consistent food preparation
• Leading, mentoring, and motivating the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes

• Managing inventory, monitoring food stock, and ensuring timely ordering of supplies
