Slim Chickens Nottingham is seeking a Back of House Supervisor to lead kitchen operations, ensure consistent food quality, and mentor the team in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Overseeing all back-of-house operations to ensure efficient and consistent food preparation

• Managing inventory, monitoring food stock, and ensuring timely ordering of supplies

• Handling kitchen-related issues and resolving them promptly to maintain smooth operations
• Supporting staff training and development to uphold our brand’s high standards
• Creating a positive, productive work environment where the kitchen team can thrive

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a kitchen or similar fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a kitchen team
