Job summary

Slim Chickens Bath is seeking a Back of House Supervisor to lead our kitchen in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting. You’ll oversee back-of-house operations, mentor and motivate the team, ensure consistent food preparation, and collaborate with the Front of House to deliver seamless service.

You’ll manage inventory and stock, uphold food safety standards, stay calm under pressure, and support staff training.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a kitchen or similar fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a kitchen team
• A passion for delivering consistent, high-quality food
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
• A deep understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure
• Flexible availability that includes weekends, late nights and bank holidays

Responsibilities
