Job summary

Slim Chickens Leeds is seeking a Back of House Supervisor to lead all kitchen operations, mentor the team, and ensure consistent, high-quality dishes.

You’ll maintain food safety standards, manage stock, and coordinate with Front of House to deliver seamless service in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility for weekends and late nights is required, with opportunities for career progression within BRG.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a kitchen or similar fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a kitchen team.
• A passion for delivering consistent, high-quality food.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• A deep understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
• Flexible availability that includes weekends, late nights and bank holidays.

Responsibilities
