Pentagon Motor Group is recruiting a Bodyshop Workshop Controller for our Derby Dealership. You will oversee daily Bodyshop operations, allocate work to Panel, Paint and MET Technicians, and monitor KPIs to drive efficiency.

The role requires prior Bodyshop experience, strong organisational skills and a proactive attitude to meet deadlines. Collaboration with Service, Parts and Sales is essential, with training and development provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive bodyshop environment is essential.
• Ability to allocate and monitor work against deadlines.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day running of the Bodyshop.
• Allocate work to Panel, Paint and MET Technicians.
• Implement insurance KPIs and cycle time controls.
• Manage Bodyshop run rate and efficiency.
• Coordinate with Service, Sales and Parts departments.
• Book sub-contractor work on and off site.
• Oversee pre- and post-vehicle sweeps and final QC.
