Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily workshop activity to ensure jobs are completed on time and to specification.
• Allocating work to technicians based on skills, workload and priorities.
• Monitoring progress, quality and productivity, resolving any issues that arise.
• Liaising with parts, customer service and VDA teams to maintain a smooth repair process.
