An established industry player is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage vehicle repair estimates and ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with insurance companies, issuing repair orders, and overseeing the Bodyshop Technicians to ensure that all procedures are followed accurately. You will play a crucial part in ensuring health and safety standards are upheld while managing warranty work effectively. This position offers a dynamic work environment where your contributions will directly impact the quality of service provided to customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in compiling vehicle repair estimates according to manufacturer guidelines.
• Strong understanding of health and safety policies in a workshop environment.

• Compile Vehicle repair estimates in line with Manufacturer guidelines
• Manage relationships with Insurance companies to gain repair Authority
• Issue repair orders and to instruct the Bodyshop Technicians concerning repair procedures and processes.
• Ensure health and safety policies are followed and equipment is safe to use.
• To approve work order and ensure times allotted are not exceeded and that additional work is recorded accurately.
• To ensure that time controls are operated as prescribed by Management.
• Take responsibility for accurate Warranty work.
