Job summary

Alexander Daniels Finance Recruitment is seeking an experienced Finance Director for a growing UK business to join the Senior Leadership Team and drive financial performance and strategic decision-making.

Reporting to the MD/Board, you will lead the finance function, oversee budgeting and cashflow, produce management accounts and board papers, manage statutory accounts, audit and compliance, and partner with operations to improve profitability and governance.

Qualifications

• Qualified finance professional with strategic leadership capability.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, cashflow management and financial reporting skills.
• Experience presenting to boards and senior stakeholders; mentoring finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the finance function with strong governance.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cashflow management and reporting to the Board.
• Produce monthly management accounts and Board reports.
