About the role

Are you ready to learn, grow, and develop with us? Sytner BMW/MINI Solihull is looking for a friendly, passionate, and enthusiastic person to provide the best service to our customers and make them feel comfortable and relaxed during their BMW/MINI experience.

You will promote the benefits and unique selling points of BMW/MINI cars, accessories, and vehicle ownership, and help manage the customer experience to ensure a personal and bespoke service.

During the comprehensive apprentice training programme, you will learn about the BMW/MINI product range and technology. Upon completion, you will achieve an industry-recognized Sales Executive Level qualification through the Institute of the Motor Industry and Sales Professional (ISP), and become a fully BMW/MINI Certified Sales Executive.

About you

Your role is customer-focused, creating inspiration and excitement, offering exceptional service and personalized care. If you have warmth, enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and a drive to succeed, you are encouraged to apply.

You should be educated to A level standard or equivalent, with GCSE Maths, English, and another subject graded A to C/-. You must be available to work every other Saturday and Sunday (with a day off during the week). A full and valid UK driving license is essential, and if you have an automatic license, please declare this. You must be eligible to work in the UK.
