Our client is one of the most recognized providers of fire safety and security solutions worldwide, protecting clients across the globe for many years. From design and installation to service and monitoring, they operate 365 days a year.

They are now looking to recruit 6 ambitious graduates across the UK who wish to start their sales careers with a role that offers top-tier development and progression opportunities.

What is the Graduate Sales Associate opportunity?

As a Graduate Sales Associate, you will initially enroll in a Level 4 Sales Executive qualification, including fully accredited sales training and the equivalent of a foundation degree in business-to-business sales.

Responsibilities include:

1. Identifying new client opportunities and growth initiatives
2. Qualifying inbound inquiries, conducting customer research, and building rapport
3. Booking new business opportunities for experienced team members
4. Partnering with customers to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives
5. Selling to a broad range of decision-makers, from independent businesses to enterprises
6. Working proactively across sales channels to maximize cross-selling with existing clients

Success in this role could lead to promotion opportunities within 12 months, potentially into further internal or external sales roles. Typical career progression paths include: Business Development Manager → Account Management → Sales Management.

• £27,500 base salary
• £32,000 OTE (uncapped)
