Job description

Sandal Wakefield is looking for a Retail/Business Manager.

Your role

Your leadership will ensure customers enjoy positive, memorable experiences every time they visit the business or interact with the sales team. Reporting directly to the BMW General Sales Manager, you’ll take an active role in all aspects of sales negotiations, including part exchange valuations, special discounts, and discussions surrounding the full range of finance and insurance solutions. You will also coach and mentor the Sales Executives and Sales Geniuses.

Your profile

The ideal candidate will preferably be an existing Business / F&I Manager with experience in the prestige motor industry or have been in a senior sales position within a prestige dealership, ready to take the next step in their career. Experience with CDK Drive dealer software is an advantage.
