Are you passionate about luxury cars and providing exceptional customer service?

As a Service Advisor at Vines, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless coordination between the workshop and customers while their vehicles are in for service. You will act as a liaison between customers and technicians to facilitate a smooth process, upholding Vines' high standards and customer satisfaction.

Hours: 45 hours Monday – Friday
Salary: £28,571 & OTE £38,000
Note: This is an internal 5-month fixed-term opportunity

Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers, understand their vehicle service needs, and communicate repair processes.
• Provide detailed explanations of services, costs, and timelines.
• Prepare invoices and provide transparent quotes.
• Coordinate scheduling between customers and technicians.
• Develop trust with customers and resolve conflicts professionally.
• Upsell additional services and products to enhance customer experience and revenue.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and interactions.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry is preferred, especially within a BMW or luxury automotive brand.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build rapport.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in IT; training on in-house systems will be provided.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
