Role Details

As a Service Advisor at Vines, you will facilitate smooth communication between the workshop and customers, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. This is a 5-month internal fixed-term role.

Hours: 45 hours Monday – Friday

Salary: £28,571 with OTE up to £38,000

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, explain vehicle service processes, and provide detailed repair information.
• Present clear service recommendations, cost estimates, and timelines.
• Prepare invoices and provide transparent quotes.
• Coordinate repairs by liaising between customers and technicians.
• Build trust with customers and handle conflicts professionally.
• Upsell additional services and products appropriately.
• Maintain accurate service records in the dealership database.

Candidate Profile

• Experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry is preferred, especially within luxury brands like BMW.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in IT; training on in-house systems will be provided.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
