Compensation: £28,571 - £38,000 / year

Description

Are you passionate about luxury cars and providing exceptional customer service?

As a Service Advisor at Vines, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless coordination between the workshop and customers while their vehicles are being serviced. You will act as a liaison between customers and technicians to facilitate a smooth process, upholding Vines' high standards and customer satisfaction.

Hours and Salary

Hours: 45 hours Monday – Friday

Salary: £28,571 with OTE up to £38,000

Note: This is an internal 5-month fixed-term opportunity

Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers, understand their vehicle service needs, and communicate repair details.
• Provide clear explanations of recommended services, including cost estimates and timelines.
• Prepare accurate invoices and transparent quotes.
• Coordinate between customers and technicians to schedule repairs and ensure timely completion.
• Build trust with customers and resolve conflicts professionally.
• Upsell additional services and products appropriately.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and interactions in the dealership database.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor, preferably within a BMW dealership or luxury automotive brand, is advantageous.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, professional demeanor.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in IT; training on in-house systems will be provided.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
