As a member of our seasonal Customer Service Advisor team, you will be at the heart of the action, helping us support our fans during our busiest season.

About the Role:
This is a fixed-term contract until 31st January 2026.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responding to LEGO fans from all corners of the world during our peak season.
We offer a competitive starting salary plus benefits including a performance-based/discretionary bonus of up to 10%. Full in-person training will be provided, including a 4-week induction followed by on-the-job support.
We also offer ‘Best of Both’ – our hybrid work approach allowing Customer Service Advisors to work from home up to three days per week and from the office at least two days after training.
We resolve millions of queries annually, covering topics from building tips to troubleshooting and sourcing rare parts. We are continuously developing new ways to connect with fans globally to enhance the LEGO experience!
