Job summary

Sytner Group is pleased to offer a Permanent Sales Executive role at our Coventry BMW dealership with a basic salary of £20,000 and the potential to earn a generous commission. On top of your salary you can achieve an OTE of £50,000, with a company car and a range of employee benefits.

As the key contact for customers during their car buying journey you will deliver first-class service, often including weekends.

Qualifications

• Automotive sales experience required as a minimum.
• Full UK driving licence beneficial.
• Experience engaging with customers face-to-face.

About The Role

Sytner BMW Coventry have an exciting opportunity available for an individual who comes from some form of customer service or sales background.

As a Sytner Sales Executive, you will communicate with customers to support and understand their needs, on their journey to buying a new car.

Sytner Sales Executives work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

On top of your salary and very achievable OTE of £50,000, you will also receive a company car and benefit from subsidised Manufacturer Car Purchase schemes for your family as well as discounted MOT and servicing, a colleague introduction reward scheme, discounted Gym membership and discounts with popular high street retailers.

About You

You will have good interpersonal skills and take pride in engaging with customers face-to-face and have passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

A full and valid UK driving licence will also be of benefit.

Please note you may be asked to attend an assessment centre.
