Job summary

BMW Warwick is seeking a Sytner Brand Expert to greet customers, build rapport and excite them about the BMW brand, accessories and ownership. You will be the first point of contact and work with our established sales team to deliver exceptional service in a premium environment.

This full‑time role may include weekend work to ensure high levels of customer service. Training will develop expert BMW knowledge and confident customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and delivering exceptional customer care.
• Demonstrates enthusiasm, self-motivation and a strong customer-focus.
• Willing to undergo extensive training to develop BMW knowledge.

A fantastic opportunity is available for a Brand Expert to join our team at BMW Warwick.

As a Sytner Brand Expert, you will be the first point of contact for customers by initiating conversation and building rapport to excite them about the brand. You will promote the benefits and unique selling points of BMW, accessories and vehicle ownership.

This is a full‑time role which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

You will be supported by our established sales team, where you will be able to absorb years of soft selling and people skills, you will be crucial in ensure we are audit ready and providing a valuable layer of hand over preparation and delighting our customers.

About You

Ideally, you will have previous experience of working in retail and be able to maintain exceptional customer care in a competitive environment.

A passion for delivering excellent customer service is a key attribute of the position, along with a determination to expand your knowledge and inspire others; you will demonstrate enthusiasm and self-motivation to excel in customer service. We offer extensive training to allow you to develop expert knowledge of BMW.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for those who enjoy meeting people and working for a prestige brand in a highly successful and motivated team.

A full valid UK driving licence will be of benefit.
