Job summary

Parker Jones Group Ltd in Tunbridge Wells is seeking an experienced BMS Estimator to join its commercial team. You’ll prepare accurate and commercially viable estimates for Building Management System projects from tender documents and specifications, working closely with sales, engineering and delivery teams.

You’ll review drawings, specs and tenders, price hardware, software, labour and subcontractor costs, and ensure bids are technically robust, competitive and profitable.

Qualifications

• Previous estimating experience within BMS, Controls, HVAC or Building Services.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong commercial awareness with excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and organisational skills.

• Produce detailed cost estimates for BMS projects.
• Review drawings, specifications and tender documentation.

Are you an experienced BMS or Building Services Estimator looking for your next challenge?

We're working with a well-established and growing Building Management Systems specialist that's looking to add an experienced BMS Estimator to its commercial team based in Tunbridge Wells.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a business with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality BMS solutions across a wide range of commercial projects. You'll play a key role in producing accurate and competitive quotations while working closely with the sales, engineering and project delivery teams.

The Role

As a BMS Estimator, you'll be responsible for preparing accurate and commercially viable estimates for Building Management System projects from tender documentation, drawings and specifications.

You’ll work closely with internal teams and suppliers to ensure bids are technically robust, competitive and profitable.
