Job summary

Learnd is seeking a BMS Project Sales Manager to drive sales across Southeast and Kent regions in the UK. The role reports to the Head of Sales and sits within an established project sales team, offering a permanent, full-time position within a collaborative environment.

The successful candidate will apply technical and commercial expertise while building strong customer relationships and ensuring project delivery aligns with client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
• Oversee the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to project handover.
• Manage commercial aspects of projects during the sales phase.
• Engage with clients via site visits, technical meetings and stakeholder discussions.
• Collaborate with Regional Managers and Operations teams to ensure delivery and satisfaction.
