Clear Engineering Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced BMS Project Manager to own a diverse Central London portfolio. You will lead from handover to completion, coordinate engineers and subcontractors, and manage client relationships across the project lifecycle.

The role requires strong BMS knowledge (Trend/Tridium/Siemens), exceptional organization, and proven budget management. A full UK driving licence is required, with hybrid working options and a generous benefits package.

£60,000 - £70,000 + Company Car + Pension + Healthcare

As our London business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced BMS Project Manager to join our successful Projects Team.

This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of projects across Central London, working with established clients, an experienced engineering team and a strong pipeline of work.

We're looking for someone with proven BMS project management experience who can lead projects confidently from start to finish, build strong client relationships and drive successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage BMS projects from initial handover through to commissioning and final completion.
• Produce and maintain project programmes, budgets and resource plans.
• Lead project engineers, site teams and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage client relationships, acting as the main point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project performance, costs, risks and programme milestones.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements and company procedures.
• Identify and manage project variations and commercial opportunities.
• Support and develop engineers within the team.
• Produce and maintain project documentation, progress reports and other relevant records.

What We're Looking For

This role would suit an established BMS Project Manager with experience delivering Building Management System projects within a commercial environment.

You will have:
