Unify in the UK is seeking a BMS Project Engineer to own projects from planning through delivery, with Scotland as the primary focus and a growing pipeline in retrofits and education projects.

The role requires coordinating resources, managing customer relationships, reviewing technical drawings and controlling variations.

Salary £55,000–£65,000 + benefits, with strong progression prospects and a varied role across Scotland, centred on the Central Belt.

Qualifications

• Experience leading BMS projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of BMS engineering, project coordination and site delivery.
• Experience managing customer relationships and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to review technical drawings and manage project variations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of BMS projects from initial planning through to completion and handover.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout project delivery.
• Coordinate project activities, engineering resources, equipment orders and installation schedules.
• Review and approve technical drawings, including mechanical designs where required.
• Manage project variations, ensuring changes are accurately recorded and commercially controlled.
