Job summary

Crucial People Ltd in the South East seeks a BMS Project Engineer to own smaller projects from start to finish, including programming, procurement and commissioning.

You’ll produce IO wiring diagrams, coordinate subcontractors and clients, perform on-site checks, witnessing and handover, and ensure accurate as-commissioned information.

Travel across London and the wider South East is required; experience with Trend, Tridium, Schneider, Siemens or ALC and Niagara-based systems is essential.

Qualifications

• Solid BMS commissioning experience with at least one of Trend, Tridium, Schneider, Siemens or ALC.
• Knowledge of Niagara-based systems.
• Strong HVAC understanding and electrical competence.
• Ability to coordinate information, subcontractors and clients.
• Willingness to travel across London and the South East.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of smaller projects from programme to commissioning.
• Develop programme of works, procure equipment, and prepare IO wiring diagrams.
• Review panel shop outputs and perform site commissioning and handover.
• Coordinate subcontractors and client meetings.
• Balance commissioning with programme, procurement and documentation.
