Job summary

Crucial People Limited is seeking a BMS Project Engineer for major London projects in the Bucks, Berks, Herts & NW London region. The role focuses on detailed design and engineering of large-scale BMS systems across multiple sites, with responsibilities spanning control strategies, IOs, equipment scheduling, panel reviews, and procurement.

Ideal candidates will have substantial BMS experience, familiarity with Trend, Tridium, Schneider, Siemens or ALC platforms, and HVAC controls knowledge.

Qualifications

• Requires substantial BMS project experience on large-scale projects.
• Experience with trending, submittals, RFIs and controls procurement preferred.
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Design and engineering of large-scale BMS projects across London.
• Develop control strategies, IOs, equipment schedules and panel reviews.
• Prepare technical submissions and manage RFIs and procurement.
• Support commissioning, witnessing and handover activities.
