Qualifications

• At least 5 years of BEMS service or commissioning experience is essential.
• In-depth knowledge of building services and controls is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for post completion support contracts.
• Produce and submit technical submittals including operation descriptions and schedules.
• Develop and agree on project plans with customers.
• Coordinate day-to-day resources.
• Ensure project Health & Safety compliance.
• Manage P & L responsibility for assigned projects.

Experience with Trend/Tridium

System integration

Knowledge of protocols (Modbus, Bacnet, MBus)

Experience with Distech software
