Job summary

Clear Engineering Recruitment is seeking a BMS Account Manager to manage and grow key client accounts across London and the South East. The role focuses on client relationships and opportunities within BMS, energy and building services.

You will lead proposals, tenders and renewals, working closely with Operations to ensure projects and service contracts are delivered to plan and with strong client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• BMS/Building Controls industry experience.
• Strong account management or commercial experience.
• Comfortable dealing with clients at all levels.
• Good understanding of BMS, energy or building services.
• Commercially minded with a strong focus on client relationships.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop key client relationships.
• Act as the main point of contact for your accounts.
• Identify new opportunities and grow existing accounts.
• Lead proposals, tenders and contract renewals.
• Work closely with Operations to ensure projects and service contracts are delivered properly.
• Monitor SLAs, service performance and client satisfaction.
• Attend client meetings and regular business reviews.
• Manage your pipeline, forecasts and commercial activity.
