Job summary

Falmouth University is seeking a BMS Engineer to join the Estates Service team and take ownership of the building management systems across our Cornwall campuses. This specialist role focuses on BMS, HVAC controls and plant optimisation, monitoring performance and investigating faults to drive improvements throughout the estate.

You will work closely with Estates colleagues, contractors and university stakeholders, becoming a key technical contact for BMS matters and helping shape future energy

Qualifications

• Experience with BMS, controls or HVAC.
• Ability to fault-find, solve technical problems and use data to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimise BMS performance across the estate.
• Investigate faults and review control strategies to enable improvements.
