Job summary

Qualifications

• Client-facing background with 2+ years in account support, estimation, or commercial coordination within FM/BMS/HVAC
• Strong commercial acumen: cost margins, labour rates, and engineering reports
• Excellent communication skills with client meeting leadership and relationship management
• Solid understanding of building services terms to discuss BMS maintenance and upgrades
• Excellent time management to balance multiple sites, quotes, and follow-ups

Responsibilities

• Attend client meetings with facilities managers to review contract performance and future needs
• Assist engineering leads in on-site inspections to define scope for upcoming works
• Translate logs and client requests into accurate quotations for parts, software licenses, and hours
• Manage quotation lifecycle from creation to client approval and PO follow-ups
• Serve as escalation point to ensure SLAs are met and commercial issues are resolved
• Maintain a weekly pipeline log of quotes, approvals, and contract variations for leadership
