Job summary

Clear. is seeking an experienced Regional Technical Manager to lead BMS projects, service activity and engineering teams across the region. You’ll act as the technical escalation point, helping engineers solve complex problems while delivering robust, safe solutions.

This role offers hybrid working, a company car or car allowance, private healthcare, pension and generous leave. You will review designs, support commissioning, and maintain high technical standards while building strong customer

Qualifications

• Experience leading regional BMS projects and service activity.
• Strong commissioning and fault-finding knowledge.
• Good understanding of HVAC and mechanical plant.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience with Trend or comparable BMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to regional BMS engineering teams.
• Support engineers with complex commissioning, service and fault-finding issues.
• Review technical designs, control strategies and specifications.
• Attend customer sites when senior technical support is required.
• Assist with project and service escalations.
• Ensure technical standards are maintained.
• Identify recurring technical issues and implement improvements.
• Support training and development of engineers.
• Work alongside project, service and commercial teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
