Job summary

BM Caterers in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Chef Manager to lead site kitchen and service teams, delivering consistently high standards with a focus on quality food and safety.

You will write menus, manage stock and costs, build strong client relationships, and promote BM culture across the operation, while supporting development and training of staff.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef Manager or Head Chef or similar senior catering professional.
• Strong cooking skills and a passion for quality food.
• Confident and supportive leadership style.
• Commercial awareness and good organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
