Müller UK & Ireland is recruiting a Blow Moulding Technician for the Bellshill operation. The role focuses on operating production equipment efficiently while upholding health, safety, quality and housekeeping standards. Full-time, 40.25 hours weekly, 4 on 4 off shifts (7am–7pm) rotating.

• Operate manual and automatic de-bagging machines.
• Monitor bottle-supply conveyors and clear jams.
• Complete traceability sheets, load slips and logbooks accurately.
• Use manual pallet trucks and load or unload trailers.
• Rotate, identify and store bottle stock correctly.
• Inspect pack quality and control bottle damage and waste.
• Undertake basic fault-finding and elevate downtime issues.
• Follow all start-up and shutdown procedures.
• Support colleagues with bottlenecks and problem-solving.

Job description

We are recruiting for a Blow Moulding Technician to join our Blow Moulding Department at Bellshill Blow Moulding.

The purpose of this role is to operate production equipment efficiently and effectively to achieve required standards of performance and to ensure that all appropriate health and safety, quality, hygiene and housekeeping standards are maintained.

Contract - Full time 40.25 hours per week - Permanent

Hours- 4 on 4 off ( 2 days and 2 nights) 7am-7pm - Rotating

Location - Bellshill Blow Moulding - ML4 3NS

Salary - £37,722.56

Key Responsibilities

• Operate manual and automatic de-bagging machines.
• Monitor bottle-supply conveyors and clear jams.
