Block Safety Officer
Location: Manchester, covering Greater Manchester
Salary: GBP26,712 per annum + Company vehicle (for work purposes only)
Contract type: Permanent, Full-time
Hours: 35 hours per week (agile working arrangements in place)

This role offers development in fire safety regulations and helps Irwell Valley Homes meet statutory obligations. You will receive comprehensive training, ongoing mentoring, and opportunities for career progression, including external qualifications for suitable candidates.
Your responsibilities will include inspecting communal areas of our blocks to ensure compliance with legislation, with inspections scheduled weekly or monthly. You will also assist the Fire Safety Team with tasks such as granting access to contractors and installing fire safety signage, all while ensuring customer satisfaction and managing associated risks.
