We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, proactive, and reliable security/caretaker to join the current Facilities Department team.
The successful candidate will have experience and vocational competence in a security or similar role, holding a front-line SIA qualification. They should be capable of working independently or as part of a team to handle a wide range of security issues and report them according to procedure.
The applicant must possess a valid full UK driving license for manual transmission vehicles, be able to manually handle large items, and respond efficiently to urgent security and caretaking matters.
The role requires meeting safeguarding targets once trained and contributing positively to continuous improvement in the quality and standard of service across the College. Flexibility in working hours is essential, as additional hours and overtime may be necessary to cover annual leave.
