Job Opportunity: Fire Safety Inspector

Hours: 35 hours per week (agile working arrangements in place)

Your responsibilities will include inspecting communal areas of our blocks to ensure compliance with relevant legislation. You will visit each block weekly or monthly, record inspections, assist the Fire Safety Team with tasks such as granting access for contractors and installing fire safety signage, and help manage associated risks while maintaining customer satisfaction.

We are looking for candidates who:

• Have experience in completing inspections or audits
• Provide high standards of customer care and service
• Possess interpersonal skills for liaising with colleagues and customers
• Have general knowledge of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and best practices in fire safety (desirable but not essential)
• Possess fire safety qualifications or NEBOSH Fire Safety Certificate (desirable)

A full valid driving licence is required due to the nature of the role.
