Your responsibilities will include inspecting communal areas of our blocks to ensure compliance with relevant legislation. You will visit each block weekly or monthly, record inspections, assist the Fire Safety Team with tasks such as granting access for contractors and installing fire safety signage, and help manage associated risks while maintaining customer satisfaction.

A full valid driving licence is required due to the nature of the role.
